Dr. Zhou and his team are great. They explained my insurance coverage and their fees very clearly upfront, so no surprises there. Everyone I met was super nice. What I really appreciate is how they're truly on your side, they even fought with my insurance to get me a better deal. When I mentioned a bad experience with my old dentist, they insisted on calling to get my old X-rays and records for me. It meant a lot. The clinic itself is new, clean, and has really modern equipment. They use the latest robot for implants, which I checked out and seems super accurate and reliable. Highly recommend them!

had have fantastic dental journey at 360 family Dental . From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and made the check-in process incredibly smooth. The clinical team is top-notch. They took the time to explain every step of the procedure, ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout all my visits. It’s clear they prioritize patient comfort, and the office itself is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology. It is so nice to be able to get a crown start to finish in one day. They make the crown right there on site. (Mind blown) It is amazing how far the technology has come. If you’re looking for a dental team that is professional, gentle, and genuinely cares about your oral health, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment Dr Ajam and her assistant Monica for dental needs and the hygienist Kelli. They have made my journey to get back to a healthy smile such a great experience. They put my dental anxiety to rest. I now look forward to going to the dentist.

I had my dental implants done by Dr. Zhou and this was honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. The procedure itself was completely painless, and even during recovery I experienced almost no swelling or discomfort, which really exceeded my expectations. Dr. Zhou is incredibly gentle, attentive, and detail-oriented. He constantly made sure I was comfortable and explained everything clearly, which helped me feel relaxed the entire time. I also want to thank the wonderful assistants and front desk staff,everyone was so friendly, patient, and welcoming at every visit. I’m truly grateful for the care and professionalism here, and I highly recommend Dr. Zhou to anyone considering dental implants

This was my second visit at 360 Family Dental and it was amazing from the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The office was clean, modern, and very well organized, which immediately put me at ease. The wonderful hygienist was super friendly and very knowledgeable throughout the cleaning process. I appreciate Dr. Ajam for taking her time during the check up in addressing any dental needs.
