On a Tuesday morning during rush hour, my van’s transmission blew on the Veterans Bridge, and I was completely stressed and overwhelmed. What could have been a terrible experience turned into an absolutely fantastic one thanks to this towing service! From the very beginning, the call center representative was kind, patient, and truly listened while collecting my location details. They provided an accurate ETA, which immediately helped calm my nerves. When the tow truck driver was close, he called to let me know and even made sure I could see him as he found a safe place to turn around on the bridge. That level of communication meant everything. When he arrived, my expectations were exceeded in every way. He was incredibly kind, calm, and easy to talk to. During the drive, he chatted with me the whole time, which was the perfect distraction from a stressful morning. He shared stories about a recent cruise and talked about his wife — it felt more like riding with a friend than being stuck in a breakdown situation. The truck was spotless, the ride was comfortable, and he took the exact route to my destination with zero issues. I highly recommend this towing service. Excellent communication, professionalism, and genuine kindness made all the difference. Thank you so much for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!
I've been driving over 50 years and this was the best towing experience ever. Was arranged via roadside assistance link in my insurance app which provided great communication. I called the provided number to make sure they were sending a flatbed; they answered right away and confirmed. Angel showed up in just minutes (vs. hours). He was great .. professional, courteous and helpful. I will remember this company.

Great and Friendly Service! Went to dinner in downtown Ft. Meyers. Came back to our car and had a dead battery. Contacted State Farm Roadside Assistance who dispatched A Budget Towing. Tow truck driver called me to confirm our location and give us an ETA. He arrived and jumped the battery, thankfully it started. About 3 hours later, the driver texted me to make sure we got home safely. That was very much appreciated! Highly recommend A Budget Towing
This was hands down the best towing service I have ever experienced! The service was amazing, I believe his name was Angel. He was so sweet and fast! He had my car hooked up speedy quick and he got me and my car safely to the auto repair shop. If I ever need towing again, I will make sure to order through you guys again!! Thank you so much!!!
