I brought my 2011 Chrysler 200 in to the shop on Monday March 2nd for new brake pads. By Thursday, I was hearing a grinding noise. I took the car to my regular mechanic on Friday March 6th and he showed me the brakes, pictures below. The rear pad on the driver's side had come undone. On the passenger side, the pad was completely missing. I couldn't drive the car like that and had to get it repaired. I tried calling Als shop to speak to someone and the line was not in service. I saw that the owner was responsive to reviews so I'm posting it here

These guys are the real deal. I’ve gone to them maybe a dozen times for everything from repressurizing my tires to major repairs. Their prices are amazing, the service is quick, and the quality of the work is top tier. I can always trust them to give an honest evaluation. I’ve gone to them several times for potential issues where they said everything looked okay and didn’t charge me a dime, where other auto shops would try to upsell me on repairs I don’t need. I’m so glad to have found Al’s Auto Center. Thank you!

I’ve been coming to Al’s for 20 years. They had always been friendly and usually had the used tires that I was looking for. I’ve also repaired tires there at least a dozen times. They had always done fast work and were always courteous. Today that has changed! I don’t know if it’s new management or what, but the employee was very rude to me. I will not be going back!!!Doesn’t seem like they carry used tires anymore, but the tires they had in stock were very overpriced and the employee seemed like he could care less if he had my business or not! He had no social skills at all and treated me like I was totally wasting his time. Another one bites the dust! Too bad. Al’s used to be a great place to go!

An auto emergency especially when traveling is NEVER good. We traveled to CA for the weekend and when gassing up the car to head home several hours away, hubby noticed a nail/screw in the tire. Yikes! It was a Sunday afternoon. I searched for a “tire repair shop near me” and this location came up 3 minutes away from where we were. Hallelujah!!! We headed there and, probably it was the owner, came over when we pulled up. He asked what we needed. Hubby told him. He said back up. He saw the nail, got his tools and repaired it in a flash. Can you say relieved, grateful and so thankful!!! He was professional and very personable. I highly recommend this business. He only charged $20. Of course we gave him a tip and was on our way in no time. I saved the search result to come back to leave a review. Thank you!

It was a while ago but I wanted to leave a review because a friend of mine needed a tire repaired and I remember how great my experience was. They were able to diagnose my tire puncture, repair it and reinstall the new tire in all of 20 minutes and the worker charged a super reasonable price. Especially compared to other tire places. All in all it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend supporting this small business
