We used this company for a major project in 2022 and had a positive experience. However, when we returned for a smaller project in March 2026, the service was noticeably different. We were referred to Carmen, whose communication was dismissive and lacked attention to detail. When we asked for grout guidance, we were told it would be selected “per the manufacturer’s recommendation.” Trusting their expertise, we agreed. After installation, the grout color clearly did not suit the tile. When we raised the concern, the response was defensive rather than solution‑oriented. Based on our experience, I would recommend: Managing grout color selection yourself. Requesting a representative who provides clear, attentive service. Being aware that service quality may vary between large and small projects.
Have done business with this family at American Tile for over 20 years. Have always been impressed with the honesty, and integrity this family business shows to their customers. With this said...I would never shop anywhere else.

They always have a great selection, and if you do not see exactly what you are looking for they will find it for you. Their quality of materials they sell is unbeatable compared to the other stores.
