Rampton Baseley opened its Balham office in 2020, its third, at 255 Balham High Road.
It covers the whole of SW12 plus neighbouring parts of SW17 around Tooting Bec Common and the Heaver Estate, and names Victorian and Edwardian terraces, period conversions and 1930s mansion blocks as its focus. Sales, lettings and property management with a 24-hour emergency line, plus an off-market service it calls “Quietly for Sale”.
The firm says the vast majority of its business comes from referrals by past clients, and that it has never lost a member of its team to another estate agent.
