I have used Bay Electric for some time now- Jessie has hung several large light fixtures for us and done other wiring projects- he does an awesome job! Today Jessie and Joe completed a difficult project for us and again, met our expectations- they are professional, can-do employees and I am very appreciative of their help.
My house was hit by lightening. Lost all power. Called Bay...they were there within hours...replaced the Main Breaker with a temporary replacement since my original breaker is old model and not in stock...two days later came back and put in new original breaker...their charges were very very reasonable...especially compared to the quote from Mr Sparky which wanted $161 JUST to come look at it...
Had an emergency at my office today. Called Bay Electric and they had someone out to my location within an hour. They fixed the issue and got the office back up and running. Minimal loss of productivity. Thanks for the great service!
We are very disgusting about this business and how they treat potential customers. If every business like them, we will become a third world country. They have visited our site three times and every time they promise to come back and help us install some equipment but never do come back. We have left the business owner and president several calls but never return our calls.
