Pool and lanai “cage” companies differentiate themselves through TQRDC, Technology, Quality, Responsiveness, Delivery and Cost. Commercial Residential Aluminum (CRA) represents Best-In-Class for their industry. My statement is based on using three different cage builders over the past ten years here in Naples, FL. Only CRA truly excelled. My sales professional, Joshua Bryant, is a fine representative of CRA’s customer-facing team. Extremely knowledgeable and responsive, Josh presented a fair cost that was quite competitive, though not the least expensive. There’s the “R” and the “C” of TQRDC. The CRA engineers designed and tested an interlocking beam system that reduces the unsightly tension wires while drastically improving rigidity. The screen clarity is amazing! The measurements by Bernie Centelles, had to be spot on and they were. That’s the important “T” of TQRDC. But for this reviewer, it was the Install Team that exceeded all expectations. They delivered materials a day in advance of installation for proper staging thanks to Franky Griffin, who single-handedly carried aluminum posts weighing over 300-lbs from the street to the lanai area over 75-yards away. CRA’s install manager, Russel Gaston, has a talented team of Conner Caraway, Kydin Poulsen and Quality Assurance’s Jabin Sheene, who worked long hours in the Florida heat and humidity with precision, brute strength and adaptability, overcoming multiple installation challenges, to assemble the long lake view facing Full-View cage upgrade; StoneCreeks largest. There’s that “Q” and “D”. CRA management, in my view, seems to attract and retain top talent across the entire value chain. As the state-wide leader in both commercial and residential cage installations, I expect no less from their leadership.

I just want to say Erica in service was wonderful! She helped me out with getting my lanai rescreened. Also Jabin the tech came out and did an amazing job was very fast and efficient! 10/10 recommend both employees from this establishment! Thank you CRA!

Installed a 26k enclosure less than two years ago. Used real cheap parts on the door and both doors broke with the same issue. Wants to charge me $60 to replace doors saying the 5 year warranty the originally promised me was only 1 year on the door parts…. Stand behind your product and don’t use the cheapest parts you can buy on a heavy use door. Have another porch door that is over a decade old and doors still work fine bc they used decent quality parts! Shame too bc I sent you a ton of business post storms I will not be doing so anymore!

Working with the team at CRA especially Braden was nothing but incredible, very attentive, answered all questions and kept the communication flowing throughout my HOA approval process. Once that was done , the job was completed in a couple hours. Absolutely love how our front entry way screening turned out , definitely recommend choosing them :)

We love our larger Lanai, it has added so much living space to our home and we enjoy sun in the morning as well as entertaining in the evenings .
