My experience at complete Care was more than wonderful. We had an exceptional experience with Dr. Kinnebrew. He is exceptionally, intelligent, great communication skills and knows exactly how to interact with his patients. Highly professional and I thought an incredible asset. I had the great pleasure of communicating with Kaitlin Feely, She is an absolute treasure. She was wonderful to speak with. She was patient, kind, considerate, very connectable relatable and I feel that she is a huge asset to complete care. Not only does she care about patients and their concerns she's also a wonderful kind individual. 10 stars for both.

My mom and I were in a horrible car accident and we had the wonderful experience of dealing with the physicians and the staff at Complete Care. I can honestly say that the doctor that I saw was so patient and kind and understanding and you know exactly how to talk to me. I am autistic with Williams syndrome and I have some unique abilities and doctor Kinnebrew was so understanding and kind and very patient with me it made my appointment go well. I'm especially happy because he was able to help my mom and come up with a plan to help us both recover my mom spoke on the phone this morning with Ms. Feely I'd like to add that she is incredibly kind and very patient. Wonderful

Complete Care Ocala provides excellent care from start to finish. The staff is professional, compassionate, and attentive, and they truly make you feel heard and supported. The facility is clean, well-organized, and efficiently run. Every interaction, from check-in to discharge, was handled with kindness and respect. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, patient-centered care.

The desk and CAs are great! Very nice and accommodating. However the office manager is really rude. We have seen her be rude to both patients and her staff multiple times, never experienced it until today, she made a comment about keeping our kids in line when we were actively trying. They weren't crying or screaming, just laughing and playing. They are 2 and 1, they say it's a child friendly environment with toys and coloring but she sure didn't act like it. Don't have child friendly things if you don't want the children around. It is hard as it is going to the appointments as we don't have any help outside of my husband and I so the kids have to come with us. Now after this experience it has made us so uncomfortable even wanting to come back. We will be reaching out to whoever is above the office manager as well. I feel sorry for whoever works underneath her.

I had a great experience at Complete Care. The staff was professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure all my needs were fully taken care of. The process was smooth, and I really appreciated how efficient and organized everything was. Overall, I felt well cared for and would definitely recommend Complete Care to anyone looking for quality service.
