I came here with my family for the AYCE (All You Can Eat) special and had a very disappointing experience. The first round of food took about 10 minutes, which was fine, but the second round took nearly an hour. It seemed like they forgot our order, but instead of admitting it, the staff kept telling us they were "working on it." When the second round finally arrived, the food was extremely salty and almost impossible to eat. We spoke with the manager, but he only apologized. We didn't ask for a replacement because we no longer had time, and no discount or compensation was offered. We ended up paying full price for AYCE and barely ate anything. Also, the AYCE only includes shrimp, mussels, crayfish, and a one-time order of snow crab. Any additional snow crab orders cost an extra $15 each. The snow crab was not fresh at all, and the crawfish and mussels were the smallest I've ever had. The shrimp was the only item that seemed fresh. To make matters worse, several of us had stomach aches for the rest of the evening after eating here. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing dining experience, and I don't think we will be returning.
This place is currently in its soft opening phase, so service is a bit slow as the staff are still training, but everyone was friendly and doing their best. The food really impressed me, especially the sauces—they were incredibly flavorful and made everything taste even better. It is an all-you-can-eat spot for $39.99 per person, which feels like a great deal for the quality you get. Definitely worth trying, and I can see it getting even better once they fully open.
Great service and atmosphere 👏. Just the food, it ain't it. Frozen Snow crab, shrimps, and crawfish! It didn't taste fresh ☹. And the flavor was bland. Party of three people and chose all you can eat, totally NOT worth it. All you can eat on the first round free, then will charge you for additional servings. This is overcharge and a robbery!!! That's not all you can eat.
Just came here this past weekend, idk if it’s always hot in the dining area like it was when I went but it was insanely hot I don’t even think they had ac on and they have no fans, so if ur not a person that can not be in a hot restaurant I wouldn’t recommend going. The server was very kind but a little all over the place, he only came to check on us 1 or 2 times during the 2 hrs we were there. We went as soon as they opened but it did take a long time for us to be able to place our order. We all got our own seafood bags and the food was over all good a little too salty for my taste I’d prefer to eat at boiling crab if I’m being 100% honest.
Food: Delicious Service: Okay overall, though one waitress stood out as excellent. The only real disappointment was the all-you-can-eat option, which felt like false advertising. My friend and I ordered it and were told we had to share a single seafood bag, even though we each paid $40. It would have made much more sense to get our own portions. If you’re planning to go with friends, I’d recommend going solo instead so you can fully enjoy the all-you-can-eat deal without issues.
