I had Dr. Crespo as my GI doctor for seven and a half years, and my experience under his care was truly outstanding. He consistently demonstrated excellent bedside manner and was attentive to every aspect of my health. He genuinely cares about his patients and always goes above and beyond. His staff is exceptional as well. It is rare to encounter a physician who embodies such a high level of professionalism, patience, empathy, and compassion. I am deeply grateful for the care I received and consider it difficult to find a specialist of his caliber. I moved out of Florida a year ago, but I truly miss having him as my GI and wish him nothing but the best. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Rosario—he is equally excellent, and I am grateful to have been under his care as well. God bless Dr. Crespo and Dr. Rosario, and thank you both for providing top quality care to your patients.
Excellent provider I was diagnosed with diverticulitis at the age of 31 . Dr. Crespo and his office did a phenomenal job in educating me on my diagnosis along with the treatment required . !!
find another doctor/facility. don’t waste your time here. the clinic is falling apart, patient care is bare minimum and the whole experience was just 0/10. save your self the money and the bad day. Dr. Crespo is okay at best. His nurses and front desk staff are absolutely horrible. I called to get a prescription stat and the nurses response was “you need to calm down, he’ll do it when he can and hanged up. “ i’m sorry!? RUDE
Dr.Crespo and Rosario are excellent 👌 doctors, but the receptionists don't do a good job. No,they treat patients well, but when you call, they never answer the phone. I don't know if the doctors are aware of what's happening with the patients 🤔
I was a patient from Doctor Crespo I was very happy to see him again , but the ladies at the back when you are ready to set the appointment to the procedure are rude, is what they say no what the doctors want, and no information was sent from doctors office so they did their best to fix it but no one from doctors office was able to answered properly. VERY BAD SERVICE FROM ROSARIO AND CRESPO FACILITY , that is why they are loosing credibility in the Tampa area, Please try somewhere else
