Tyler is an incredible personal trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly understands physical fitness at every level. He takes the time to tailor workouts to your individual needs and goals, and he explains everything in a way that makes you feel confident and motivated. What really sets Tyler apart is his dedication to his clients. He goes above and beyond to accommodate everyone’s schedules, often sacrificing his own time to make sure his clients stay consistent and successful. That level of commitment is rare and deeply appreciated. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about your progress and delivers results, I highly recommend Tyler.
Good facility but way too over crowded. Also the staff is not doing a good job of keeping adequate cable single hand attachments around and all cable machines are missing single handles to use. Along with carabiner hooks for the single handle attachments are way to few for how many machines you have. I’m here looking at three cable machines that don’t have care over hooks or single handle attachments to use. I guess I have to buy my own in order to work out here with spending times looking for hooks and handles instead of keeping my rest time going correctly in between sets.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Crunch Fitness location in Cape Coral. After canceling my membership, I was still charged an additional fee that was never clearly explained to me. When I tried to resolve the issue, the manager refused to provide his name or any written documentation detailing why I was charged. The lack of transparency and professionalism was extremely frustrating. As a customer, I expect clear communication and honesty, especially when it comes to billing. Instead, I was met with avoidance and poor customer service. I would strongly recommend reviewing your contract carefully before signing up, and keeping detailed records of any cancellation requests. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location. Especially Nico he will lie and laugh in ypur face.
Tony and Karla working the morning are awesome. They showed me around the gym Excellent facility for anyone serious about their training. Great energy, high-quality equipment, and never feels overly crowded during my sessions. Five stars.
