We had an absolutely amazing day on the water with Day 5 Charter! My 9-year-old son and 20-year-old nephew are both avid fishermen, especially when it comes to bass fishing, and this trip was a highlight of our vacation. Fishing the inshore and back bay waters was a completely new experience for them, and they loved every minute of it. Watching their excitement with each catch and seeing them experience a different style of fishing made the day truly special. Captain Josh was outstanding. His ability to pivot our plans based on conditions and opportunities on the water ensured we were always in the best position. His knowledge, professionalism, and adaptability were impressive. What really set the trip apart was how helpful Josh was in educating and guiding my son and nephew throughout the day. He took the time to answer questions, explain techniques, share his knowledge, and provide tips that helped them become better anglers. Day 5 Charter has earned our family's business for years to come and will be our go-to charter whenever we're in the area. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to booking another trip, hopefully this November or December. Went out on our first fishing charter with Day 5 Charters. I booked the four hour fishing tour with my wife and 6 year old. We were lucky enough to have Captain Luke at the helm. We visited three spots inshore and caught around 20+ fish. My son had the time of his life reeling all these fish in. Hell he had so much fun he caught a nice nap on the way back. Captain Luke also filleted all of our harvestable catches and we were able to take them home with us to cook. We will most certainly be doing this again on our next trip to FMB.

Josh was the best! We had a great time on our half day am trip on the 26ft Robalo. We caught a variety of different fish but the best were the giant Goliath Groupers! He was friendly, knowledgeable, well experienced, and a great all around vibe. Booking was super easy and communication was thorough. If you are looking to go out fishing with family or friends while in the Fort Myers area we highly recommend Josh and Day 5 Charters!

This was such a fantastic fishing charter! Luke was a knowledgeable and accommodating guide who put us on lots of fish, which was no small feat considering how busy the waters were. We had enough shade for those like myself that are borderline allergic to the sun, had plenty of cooler space for our drinks and snacks, and comfortable seats for all 4 of us plus Luke. We didn’t have to worry about bait, as he caught live bait before he picked us up and even baited our hooks and cast. I’m telling you, full service! Our group had 1 avid fisherman and 3 novices and we all had a blast. We caught snook, trout, mangrove snapper, and redfish but threw everything back to live to fight another day. I’d highly recommend Luke and Day 5 Charters if you want a great day out on the water.

My wife and I with 4 family members had an amazing half day with Captain Luke. Luke was so helpful with everything along with a great smile. He put us on the fish and sent us home with fresh fish all perfectly cleaned and ready to cook. Can’t wait to book again
