Five stars so far!! Nadine took excellent care of us with a premium tour of the facility. If you haven’t been here, you need to see this place in person, ultra luxury!! Everything from brand new equipment to the boiling hot 🔥 co-ed whirlpool, Zumba nightclub style dance floor, movie theater, …..and 24 hours!! If you’re thinking about joining, it’s my recommendation you do so immediately! You can soon walk over to shop after your workout at the new ALDI and buy yourself something healthy!
Great gym, new and nice equipment, and amazing amenities for an incredible price. Friendly staff too! The best part is that I can come in right after work when it’s extremely busy and I can still find almost any machine I need because it’s that big!
Beware of all the fees and the grand opening is today, June 24, 2026. They have a basic offer no amenities ,initial enrollment monthly no commitment $9.99. They supposedly weigh the $150 enrollment fee. before 1:30 PM after that it’s $15 per month with a 150 enrollment fee and a $59 yearly charge recurrent charge I went to inquire this morning at 9 AM. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to talk to me. I told the lady I was about to walk out since you wanted to enroll that quick? The Cuban Lil, Spanish girl that had no concrete information. She called the general manager. Some Italian guy called Gene. He was not happy to disclose all the information Remember, if you wanna get a good deal stay in your current gym
The staff is AMAZING and since this is a new gym, the equipment is state of the art. If you like AI, then you will like this gym. However, I have a deep concern about the private data security of the app they require for you to use the amenities. I don't think people realize the permissions the app requires. When inquiring in the Play store before downloading, I found that they require and GAIN ACCESS to: • your location • Personal information/contacts/Accounts • Health and Fitness data • Storage (Photos/Media/Files) • Camera • Bluetooth ...etc I don't have to disclose that much info to buy a car, home, or even become an American citizen! There's no reason the app should be collecting this amount of private data. If some strange dude were out digging through my trash and said he was "gathering information" about me, I would NOT be ok with that. So why would I want this app? And what are they doing with people's photos, files, accounts, camera, location, etc...?? I was disappointed because my family and I were excited for this gym to open. Unfortunately, if you don't want the app, they won't give you a piece of plastic to scan everything. You have to physically show them your driver's license every time you walk in the door and then you have to go find an employee to access any of the amenities that you already paid for. We were told before it opened and paid that we would not need the app. Very disappointing. Trying to decide if we are going to jump through all the hoops to not have the app or go back to our old gym.
Phenomenal gym, but... I feel like I found the best gym in the area. Problem is everyone else found it too. I've gone about 7 times and it's busy every time. At least there is a lot of equipment. But if you show up between 5 - 9 PM you will be waiting. It is packed! When I first joined, the staff looked at me like I had 2 heads when I said I wasn't downloading the app due to the permissions. But Ashley didn’t hesitate for a second. Even though it was busy she immediately offered to let me into the room I needed anyway. She has been great! Alyssa remembers and greets me by name and is also extremely pleasant and helpful every single time I've had an interaction with her. Tony has also been super nice and helpful. One of the biggest problems here is gym hygiene/etiquette. While most people wipe the equipment down, there are quite a few people who just leave their sweat all over the machine and move on without wiping it down. Most of the staff seems great and I guess can't police everyone. I agree with another reviewer about raising the price on the low membership. Awesome facility, but dang it is crowded!
