I absolutely love Fit + Fun classes with Tina! Her mobility & strength classes are the perfect balance of challenging and encouraging, and I’ve noticed such a difference in my flexibility & strength. Her yoga classes are equally amazing — calming, welcoming, and great for all levels. Tina creates such a positive atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and motivated. I'll be joining her other classes when it aligns with my schedule. Highly recommend!
Great Place!! I love the variety of classes they offer! Tina and her team are really great and knowledgeable. I prefer a family gym over another. The approach is personal and welcoming. My 10y old daughter joins some classes and Tina know how to keep kids engaged! I have joined back in June 2025 and haven’t regretted it!
It took me three years to find a gym and trainer comparable to what I had at my previous home. Tina is very knowledgeable and has an amazing arsenal of routines to keep your body and mind in tune. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and we try to champion each other’s efforts. The name Fit and Fun really says it all!
I have been going to Fit & Fun for seven years. It is like having a personal trainer in a group setting. I personally feel that Tina is the best trainer in Cape Coral. My only complaint is that it is so well-attended during season that I have to remember to book a class a least a week in advance in order to get a space.
I am incredibly grateful and happy to have found a place like Fit + Fun. It’s a small business created with so much love by Tina, and it has truly added so much to my quality of life. I absolutely enjoy the training sessions with Tina, Susi, and Holly. Every workout is a challenge — the kind of pain you actually enjoy because you know it’s making you stronger. I always leave feeling energized, motivated, and proud of myself. Fit + Fun is more than just a gym; it’s a supportive space that inspires and gives back so much to the community. I truly hope many more people get to experience a place like this. I wish Tina continued success with her wonderful business — her passion and dedication shine through in every single workout. 💪✨
