As a Google customer, I would hope that it can have something less than 1 star because certain type of business like this one doesn't deserve to be exist or do online advertising. I have been waiting for someone to call me back and setup an appointment with me to come check and fix my toilets and I call again after 2 days and that same girl told me the same thing that someone or her dad will call me back to setup an appointment with me, even after told her that she told me the same thing last 2 days ago. I have to call another company to come and fix my toilet. Please don't even waist your time to call them. If you don't believe in my words, try them.
Hired them to install new flush valves in 2 toilets which were mini-flushing on there own.(I Had the new valves).Two men came --one did one toilet and the other did the second toilet.When they left,one toilet was still mini-flushing,even more often then before.I called them back and they sent the same guy the next day who re-installed the one not working and admitted he did something wrong.(had to do with a gasket).It was OK after that but they sent me a bill which included the second visit to re-install the flush valve.I called them about this but they haven't returned call.First and last time customer.
