I am extremely disappointed and heartbroken by my experience. As a pregnant, full-time working mother with a toddler, buying my first vehicle was a major milestone for me. I worked hard, saved my money, and was excited to finally have reliable transportation for my family. Having the vehicle taken away has been devastating. It feels like someone took the keys to my heart. This wasn’t just a car to me—it represented independence, stability, and the ability to provide for my children. The emotional stress this situation has caused during my pregnancy has been overwhelming. I wish there had been better communication, more compassion, and a genuine effort to help resolve the situation. Instead, I was left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and unsupported during one of the most important times in my life.
Carlos was awesome. I needed a tow and another company failed me but GetHooked24 got my roadside assistance request and picked my truck up within 15 minutes. Thank you for the great service.
This company is criminal. Getting Hooked Towing charged us almost double the Florida and Collier county regulated cap for class A single load. When disputing this price , the manager on site had no interest nor did she have any sense of customer service . Very rude and unprofessional ! Disgusting behavior. This company should be closed down for taking advantage of people!
