I want to sincerely thank the funeral home for the care, compassion, and support they provided during one of the most difficult times in my life. From the very beginning, Renie S. was very kind, patient, and incredibly helpful in guiding me through every step of my mother’s arrangements. A very special thank you to Marina, who truly went above and beyond. Her compassion, attention to detail, and willingness to help with anything I needed brought so much comfort to my family and me. She made sure everything was handled with dignity and respect, and I will always be grateful for her kindness during this time. And Emma who made sure everything and everyone was taken care very well during the service. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of thoughtful and professional care. They treated my mother and our family with the utmost respect and compassion.

Loosing a loved one is not easy. Staff at Groover have given our family comfort. When we visit our loved ones graveside we are always invited into the office building. Giselle is very compassionate and speaks to us everytime we are there. She truly has given us the comfort. It is also nice when we visit that she looks out for us and goes out of her way to see that we are ok and if we need something. Nice to know we have a wonderful person at Groover as Giselle has been to me and my family. Thank you!

I recently purchased a pre-arrangement cremation plan with this funeral home, and I had a truly positive experience during a very sensitive and emotional decision-making process. We had an appointment with Grover Funeral Home, this week, to review our Prearranged Funeral Agreements. we weren’t sure what to expect during our meeting. Mr. Michael Kozlowski came fully prepared with our documents and was able to get additional documents that were required. He reviewed our agreement, went over Dignity Memorial Planning Guide page by page, to make sure we had a full understanding of what would be best for our relatives & Trustees. We were also presented a Dignity Memorial Veterans Planning Guide, since we are both Veterans. Friendly staff and nice environment. Would definitely recommend Michael and Grover to those seeking to soften the pain and stress for loved ones when the time comes.
