Where do I begin from the time that we started our conversation? It felt comfortable like I was talking to a friend. She took my information and we she had stories. She is hilarious and I enjoyed our Conversation. Roxanne Is very informative and it’s on top of her job. I have paperwork in my email before I got off the phone. I had a great experience calling this firm. Even though they weren’t able to take on my specific case, their customer service was top-notch. I found both the receptionist and Roxana, who I conversed with, incredibly helpful. Well, this Is a special lady she is very knowledgeable. She talk to me about everything that I asked about and even the things I didn’t ask about she let me know what I can and can’t do with what would be my best route to go. She also been keeping in contact with me to see how things have been going with me and I appreciate that and she does not have to do that but she has been the best so far. I appreciate all the help that she has been giving me and continually given to me. She allow me to sit down and talk to her about things that was going on with me in the rehab facility and she just listen and I appreciate that for some people, they rush you off the phone and they don’t wanna hear anything you have to say so thank you so much
