We highly recommend Bendigo Hotondo Homes! From the very start, Jenny (Sales Consultant) was fantastic. She helped us make the most of our block by suggesting a split-level home and designing a layout that truly suits our everyday life. Once the build began, we had the pleasure of working with Kyle (Building Supervisor). Kyle went above and beyond not just as a supervisor, but as someone we could really lean on. His support, attention to detail, and sense of humour made the whole process more enjoyable. Now that we’re in the house, any minor fixes have been handled quickly and without hassle. Overall, it’s been an absolute dream build. If we ever decide to build again, we won’t hesitate to call Jenny and Kyle. They’re a real credit to Hotondo Homes!

We recently built our home with Hotondo Homes Bendigo, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. A special and sincere thank you to Jenny, who supported us throughout the design and customisation stage. Her patience, creativity, and attention to detail made the entire design process smooth and enjoyable. She truly listened to our ideas and helped us customise our home to suit our lifestyle perfectly. We are equally grateful to Kyle, who guided us through the entire build process. His communication, professionalism, and responsiveness gave us great confidence at every stage. He was always approachable, kept us informed, and ensured everything ran as smoothly as possible. Even after handover, the team continued to be supportive. They were very helpful in addressing and fixing items that came up around three months after completion, which really showed their commitment to customer care and quality. Overall, the team at Hotondo Homes Bendigo delivered a high-quality build with excellent customer service. We give Hotondo Homes Bendigo 100% Value for your money and experience. (I waited 8months to give my real experience and honest review) Jenny (Sales consultant) is a super sales consultant who is in a league by herself. She is literally all you wish for in a New Homes sales consultant and more. From the minute we walked in until our house was finished she made us feel like we were in good hands and she was always there just a phone call or text message away. She honestly knows everything you can possibly think of asking her about building your new home. She modified our house plan based on how we wanted it from their original plans. She is honest and she tells you exactly how it is. The best part of it is since we collected our keys in June 2022 (8months ago) we haven't found anything wrong with the house. Not one thing wrong!! We are very happy with our build. The house quality is just impressive from paint to doors, bricks concrete etc Our building supervisor at the time of our build was Luke and he knows his stuff and was happy to answer any questions we had. We love our Hotondo Home.

We have now been in our Dream Home for 6 weeks. Our experience with Hotondo Bendigo (Andrew & Lyn Ralph), was exceptional! Each stage, from land purchase to completion was articulately handled by Luke, Kerrie and their competent tradesmen. Our build has been pleasurable and stress free, with an outstanding end result.
