I have to agree with a previous reviewer Frankie. I also live in Illinois and travel back and forth to Florida area. Just because a review is negative does not mean it's bogus. I occasionally visited Hotworx in Estero and the experience was not good. the customer service with the front desk girls very unprofessional and unfriendly. the studio is very crowded with many young college kids. it's a college area. the studio is not clean and i will not return. This is not a bogus review just my opinion and the truth!
This place is the worst!! The staff here is extremely unprofessional and rude. The older lady at the desk has difficulty communicating, and has no clue about fitness. We asked her when the virtual classes were changing, she said, no clue and walked away! We also had other questions but she literally just ignored us! Also , This place is so overly crowded, the only time it seemed okay to workout was Sunday morning. They keep the very same workouts that are not very challenging on for months! There are so many other great facilities in the area, please don’t waste your time here!
We love going to Hotworx in Estero, FL! It truly is more workout in less time. The staff is so helpful and kind. The studio is always clean and tidy. Sweat can smell gross and get messy but they are amazing at keeping everything fresh and sanitary. We also love their reward system. So grateful to have a gym like this in our area. Hotworx checks the box of holistic health with fitness gains. 😊
I absolutely love HOTWORX! The workouts are quick, effective, and perfect for my busy schedule. The infrared sauna makes me feel like I’m getting double the benefits—sweating out toxins while building strength and burning calories. The studio is always clean, the atmosphere is motivating, and the staff is super friendly and helpful.
