I have never needed to contact Jim Dodson concerning a cycling accident but if I do need a lawyer he will be the legal council that I contact first. I do know Jim Dodson as a great family man an avid cyclist. He has a great knowledge of the law pertaining to cycling and provides it to the cycling community free of charge thru social media posts and cycling club news letters as well as sponsoring many charities that use cycling events to raise funds. I have recommended Jim to several of my cycling friends after there accident. I consider him a very good friend and a person that I could turn to in my time of need.

I've had several interactions with Jim Dodson and can definitely say that he is passionate about helping people not only get the most from their claims, but to also embrace their lives fully! He serves the cycling community by sharing his vast knowledge about safety, equipment, and techniques by teaching at events and online. He's likeable and approachable, which is always a plus when choosing an attorney to work with. Jim is definitely someone I would want in my corner if I ever need someone to go to battle for me and fight for my rights!

After I was hit by a motorist while riding my bike, it was clear that this motorist was not going to file a claim with his insurance company. I decided I needed to obtain an attorney. Cyclist friends of mine recommended I contact Jim Dodson Law because they had very good experiences with him for their cycling accident, and because Jim Dodson himself is a cyclist. Jim Dodson Law was very courteous and thorough in their interest and investigation into my accident telling me what information they needed and what they would do for me. I never needed to call them repeatedly to know what the status of my accident was. They kept me informed through telephone calls and e-mails. I am very satisfied with the way Jim Dodson Law handled my case and would highly recommend them for any of their Florida personal injury needs, especially in cases involving cycling. Highly informative and knowledgeable. Loved his presentation. I recommend ALL cyclist sit in on at least one of Jim's presentations. Besides being a genuine and upstanding individual, Jim is passionate about cycling and safety. If there was any number you need to have on speed dial, it’s Jim Dodson’s. He is never too busy to talk to you and he always present things in such away that is very easy to digest.

I chose to consult Jim Dodson's law firm because he cares about cyclists. I was hit by a motorist while bike commuting home from work. Unfortunately he wasn't able to take my particular case but he helped me understand the dynamics of why that was and what I needed to do to help myself in the future. I would definitely recommend his firm. He was reassuring and his customer service was without doubt amazing in my opinion. I wasn't left with questions like some other bigger firms I dealt with. I would call him again if I needed representation.
