After 3 years on my own, K&K took on my case. In less than a year I was determined disabled by an IRS Judge. Brian represented me on my case and did a great job preparing me for my hearing. Sherri was my Legal Assistant and was great to work with! She collected all of my forms and documentation making the hardest part of the process painless! I tried doing this on my own- after well over a year and then being denied, feeling defeated I hired Kushner & Kushner for my disability case. Sherri ,Joadnel and Brian worked with me and handled everything - before I hired them I was at the SSA office numerous times waiting hours just trying to figure everything out. I wish I hired them right from the beginning- they were very professional and so easy to work with-I felt defeated and was ready to give up but Brian called me and encouraged me to not give up - I’m so glad he convinced me to continue. This firm has assisted in the fight for disability. They made sure I was prepared every step of the way. On the court date, the representing lawyer expertly questioned the expert at the hearing and controlled the narrative in a way that was thought provoking in all the right ways!
