Poor communication. When job was done there was supposed to be a follow up with my wife. After a week I called to remind them of their commitment. I was assured the follow up visit would take place. 2 weeks later - nothing. I would like a refund.

I stopped in Marble Works to see if they could help me with several stained and etched areas on our Italian marble floor. I was able to get a Prompt quote and schedule a time to have Our floor treated and polished. Mark and his son came on time. They were bothvery professional and exceeded all of my expectations. I would definitely hire them again

This is the second time we have used Marble Works. The first time they did an incredible job installing back splash tile in our kitchen. This time they did another great job installing granite in our laundry room. Dale is very easy to work with --keeps you informed, is interested in your project, and projects professionalism. Strongly recommend Marble Works.

We highly recommend Marble Works. They are very professional, accommodating, extremely patient and offer excellent products and expertise. I first became a customer for a very tiny job (putting porcelain countertops in my closet.) The installation showed the fit was not exact and they brought the truck out with the cutting tools and corrected the issue right on the premises late on a FRIDAY NIGHT! I was so impressed that I decided this type of professionalism deserves my business! A year later when we decided to gut our kitchen., I contacted Eddie and he assisted me with planning ideas for my countertops, island, backsplash and flooring. As we moved though the project they stayed on top of all timelines and offered me the most beautiful quartzite for my island as well as coordinating quartz perimeter countertops and undulated backsplash ideas. I was thrilled with all aspects of working with them!

So Marble Works renovated our kitchen granite. All the counter tops as well as back splash in the matching granite. They expertly were able to run the “graining” from counter top up to the back splash. The process from beginning to end was outstanding. From sales, Dale Bond, thru to the final installation, everyone was professional, knowledgable and courteous. My installation had a number of install challenges and the men at Marble Works said not to worry they could handle it. Mind you I have been the president of a construction company for many years so I know when there are potential issues. Needless to say they did a great job. Their attention to detail and CLEANLINESS was great. FIVE STARS all day long.
