I would highly recommend this pest control service! Tim did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. He has a very quick response time and is incredibly personable and easygoing. What I appreciated most was that he didn't just do the job and rush off; he consistently checked in to see how everything was going. He also took the time to explain exactly what products he was using and the purpose they served. Excellent customer service!
Excellent customer service! My daughter submitted a request around 4:00 AM, and he responded within 10 minutes. By 9:00 AM, he was already at her house taking care of the issue and spraying her car. He was extremely prompt, professional, and communicated with us every step of the way. He checked in several times throughout the process, so we always knew what to expect. It’s rare to find that level of responsiveness and customer care these days. I would absolutely use his services again if needed and will gladly refer him to friends and family. Highly recommend!
From the initial contact, I was provided excellent customer service. I sent a text on a Sunday in the late evening house and received a call back about five minutes later, which wasn’t expected!The owner, Tim spoke to me in a professional manner and scheduled the initial service with me in less than 12 hours. Upon arrival to my residence, he really explained everything and took his time letting me know what the service would include. He followed up with me to see how the treatment was working about a week later. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the service provided and will now uptime for my monthly maintenance service.
