My wife and I purchased our home in Pelican Bay last April, anticipating a major renovation project. After interviewing 4 contractors we felt Dimitri and Alex at Modern Method were the most interested in helping us create our dream home. Our project started in late May and concluded the end of October. The end result was a larger than planned, but complete and very successful renovation. Modern Method is a fabulous company to work with. Dimitri cares, fixes concerns, has a very professional and capable team that can accomplish making most any build dream a reality. We plan on having them come back this summer to do some roofing work, and we have had numerous friends making inquires to Dimitri about doing work for them. If there were 10 stars we would give them that rating.
Modern Method Build LLC is worth all five stars and more! Kitchen and two bathrooms got remodeled! They provided great ideas on how to make the kitchen space more open with a better functional design! Bathrooms ended up looking like from a high-end hotel and now there’s so much more space there! Very pleased with the final results and would use this team again if needed!
Modern Method Build conducted a thorough inspection, clearly explained the damage, and walked me through the repair process step by step. The quality of their work was outstanding- my roof looks brand new, and the structural repairs were handled with precision and care. You can tell they take pride in doing the job right.
