It's hard for me to explain in detail via email and phone calls. When I spoke to a secretary, I requested an in office meeting. I was told they are not doing in office
Apparently you can be punched in the next while at the end of your shift by a customer, but not injured. Morgan & Morgan are too spineless to take the case. Even though the Utah Supreme Court ruled in favor of the 5 Employees. Even West Virginia Court was smart enough ruled in favor of the employee.
Bad thing I have about Morgan & Morgan is they had their paperworks confused calling you telling me that I'm sorry for the loss in death was a totally different case the second thing is they have me sign a retainer made it seem like everything was going great and then call you out of nowhere telling you they're not going to take your case because of sovereign immunity against a city or county
