Regrettably, I referred my niece to this place as several years ago I would go regularly. Well I went again as my friend purchased a gift certificate for me, Mulan did my pedicure and cut my skin on my big toe and all she said is see no blood!! . I didn’t complain, I just decided I wouldn’t go back unless Jojo did my service, if I returned at all. The other day, my niece traveling from another state due to a family medical emergency needed service as her manicure (which lasted over 3 weeks) needed some attention. Well two days later her polish was chipping and her nails looked terrible (photos attached). The owner Whitney said they don’t do returns just credits, imagine someone visiting and leaving the next day just getting a credit instead of a refund. Horrible customer service. Ever since their “renovation”, it seems that technicians are no up to the standard they use to be. What a shame I will not ever recommend this place again and I will try to convince those I have recommended to find somewhere else!! In response to the management’s response all I have to say is these are lies. I was with my niece each time she called. She was in FL due to a family emergency and was leaving the very next day so going in for a repair from a job badly done and hoping that the repair or redo would be better did not work for her. To return the payment to her card would has been an easy fix and we would had certainly gone back for ID purposes only!! Unacceptable and too many false words in your response to dignify each one. I am a firm believer in the truth will eventually come to light even though I may not be around to see it. DO BETTER!

This was my first time ever getting my nails done. I was greeted by Angie, she was very polite and able to answer my questions. She helped me schedule an appointment for later . Tony was exceptional. The way he handled my fingers to do my nails. I don't know the technical terms. He was very gentle. I highly recommend City Nails and Spa.

Indy is so good! She always does an amazing job. When I came in this morning, there was an overwhelming smell of incense. I went to the counter and let the girl know that that was really irritating my lungs as I have asthma. She was so lovely, she opened the doors and let the fresh air in and circle through and make sure that the incense was no longer burning. Thank you for great customer service!

City nails is a cute little shop I’ve frequent for 6+ years now. Whitney, Lily & all the staff are so sweet. I typically make an appointment with anyone because they’re all well trained, and I’m pretty simple. They have really stepped their game up with renovations and creating a wonderful vibe- they even make the best Vietnamese coffee. It was delicious and my nails were great, as always. Would highly recommend.
