I had Ivy do my nails again. She’s amazing, very talented and super nice. I think this is my third time with her and I loveee my nails. It’s exactly what I had in my Pinterest board and she did a great job picking out the gems. It exceeded my expectations. I just got them today and people are already complimenting my nails.Highly recommend this place. They also are all pretty nice and professional. Will be coming back in the future.

I booked a last-minute nail appointment here because my usual nail tech was unavailable (poor planning on my part). Unfortunately, I paid $65 for a set of nails that are noticeably crooked and uneven. I’ve only had them for one full day—this is day two—and the quality is already disappointing. I wasn’t planning on leaving a review, but I’m genuinely upset and now have to pay again to get them fixed elsewhere. During my appointment, the technician was frequently distracted with front desk tasks and was also arguing with another employee, which made the environment uncomfortable. There was very little communication with me aside from repeated comments about my usual nail tech, often followed by “just curious.” While everyone was polite, the overall service felt unprofessional, and the quality of work does not reflect the $65 price point. I was really hoping for a better experience.

Glow Nail Spa does have a spa atmosphere. It is spacious and clean. Staff is efficient. I have been delighted with the service and will continue to go. Daylin, my tech, is lovely. Highly recommend.

What a relief to finally have found a nail salon in Naples. It’s amazing to think that we live in a place where there are nail salons on every corner and I’ve had as many bad experiences. However, visiting this salon it was a game changer A pleasant one at that like a straight, W ! Great personalities, listened to what I wanted and made it happen very efficiently. I highly recommend and I’m very happy I popped in. Better make an appointment because this place is a GEM!

The employees at Glow Nail Spa are always kind, friendly, and do a great job. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner was the complete opposite. He was very rude and unprofessional, which made the visit unpleasant. It’s disappointing because the staff works hard and provides good customer service, but the owner’s attitude leaves a negative impression. I hope he treats customers with the same respect and kindness that his employees do.
