This salon truly runs like a well-oiled machine. From the moment I walked in, the gentleman running the operation greeted me immediately. Even though they were completely booked, he kindly accepted my walk-in and even offered me a beverage — such a nice touch. My wait time was only about 10 minutes. I had my pedicure done by Nancy, who was absolutely lovely. She took her time, paid attention to detail, and did a wonderful job. Every other technician in the salon was conversational and genuinely warm, which created such a welcoming atmosphere. I’ve had pedicures all over the country, and the warmth of this salon combined with the quality of service really stood out and made the experience memorable. I chose the third-tier luxury pedicure ($50), and the extra time and care were 100% worth it. My total came to $65 with gel, and I left feeling completely satisfied. I will absolutely be looking forward to my next visit when I’m back in the area. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful pedicure. Highly recommend Meng. However, due to circumstances had to have Jennifer do my manicure. I started with nice length and did want them trimmed a bit but I was left with nail polish tacky to touch, uneven nail length not to mention super short because she had to keep filing because she couldn’t file them straight. Nail color poor. Pink in the middle but not around the edges. Had to come home and clean up around my nails and under my nails because there was gel polish on my cuticles. Also a couple nails are thicker than others. I did speak up and say I wasn’t happy. She blamed me for them being too short and told be not to pay. That only made me feel more uncomfortable. I will not go back. Jennifer…just own up when things go wrong, It’s more respectful. No one’s perfect. I would have rather you offer them to be fixed…not free.

Jennifer and her crew are thorough, knowledgeable, professional and personable. My MIL introduced me to the salon by bringing me for a mani/pedi when they opened 25 years ago! Fast forward to now and I bring my own daughter there as a treat when she is in town. Nail Spa does T. A. P. Nails which is a hybrid of gel and acrylic. I’m so impressed that Jennifer tries new and cutting edge services. The T.A.P. Process is amazing and few nail salons up and down the eastern seaboard do this process. I have done gel for many years but decided to take a chance and try the T.A.P. I will never go back to gel now! If you appreciate the courtesy and consideration it takes to make an appointment and you can stick to your appointment, then Nail Spa is for you.
