I had my dental implants done today, and I just want to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team. Doctor Jonker is an excellent doctor! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. The doctor was amazing, the nurses were so gentle and supportive, and the receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you all for your professionalism and compassion. I am truly grateful and very happy with my experience. The best and lovely , family dental hospital in Naperville!
My recent visit to Dr. Jonker and his team reminded me how great it is to have a dentist and his team that I and my family continue to trust to provide the best in dental care. They are respectful of their patient's time, provide comprehensive care, but with simple direct explanations. They have never pushed unnecessary procedures. The staff, from front desk to the hygienists are top notch. Highly recommended!
We have an amazing visit everytime we come here. We have been using the Naperville Family Dental since ee moved to Naperville three years ago. The staff is super friendly and nice. The waiting room and exam rooms are tidy and clean. All associates are able to adequately any answer we may have anytime. Recommend this place to anyone!
Naperville Family Dental has to be the best dentist facility I have ever been to. The staff is amazing! I have never received an unexpected bill and they do a great job coordinating with insurance companies. My dental hygienist Liz is gentle and incredibly knowledgeable. She helped adjust my routine after my first visit and I could not be more grateful. My teeth appear to be even whiter than before and my gums are not as sensitive. Additionally, Dr. Jonker is phenomenal, his bedside manner is impeccable, and he's always very thorough. I could not ask for better care.
Naperville family dentistry has been my dentist since I was a child. They have the warmest welcoming atmosphere and all the dentistry assistants remember what we talk about. Dr Jonker is also amazing! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in the area!
