Naples Towing is always prompt and professional. They are pleasant and easy to work with. They prioritize you and your vehicle and have exceptional communication. Tony was fabulous. He took great care of my Ford Raptor today after an accident. You can tell he's skilled and knowledgeable but he also didn't rush. He was working hard to avoid further damage to the front end. He went above and beyond but this takes experience and care. Most people would have just pulled the vehicle and drug it onto the tow truck.
After waiting more than two hours for my contract roadside assistance (and getting the runaround from a rude third-party provider, Bald Eagle), I finally had enough and called Naples Towing. Best decision I made all night. Tatiana in the office was calm, professional, and immediately took control of the situation. She had help dispatched and on the way in about 15 minutes. No attitude, no excuses, just action. Then Cleave showed up and completely restored my faith in humanity. He was genuinely caring, called me as soon as he was on his way, and handled everything with the kind of professionalism you don’t see often anymore. You could tell he actually cared that I was stranded and wanted to get me safe and taken care of quickly. If I ever need roadside help in Florida again, Naples Towing is the only call I’m making. I honestly wish I’d started with them instead of wasting hours with the contract company. Fast response. Great communication. Real people who give a damn. Highly recommend Cleave and the whole Naples Towing team.
I just want to say thank you to this company and Frank the driver who came and pulled me out of a ditch and saved my evening and week. It was a fair price considering the severity of the situation and I’m very thankful, and will definitely use this service again (hopefully not too soon).
After having a blowout on I 75 and calling Naples towing they were there within 40 minutes On a busy Spring break afternoon. The driver started calling me after 15 minutes just to verify my location and tell me that he was on the way. What more could I ask for? I’d recommend you to anyone. Thank you for your service.
Genuinely can’t say enough about our experience with this company and specifically our driver, Antonio/Tony. We needed our boat/trailer towed after an accident and he was so helpful, kind, and quick. He went above and beyond to assist us with our jack that broke off and set us up well. In addition, the price was reasonable. This was such a stressful situation and I am so grateful to have found this company who sent Tony. A great guy who truly went above and beyond for us. Thank you Tony!!
