Honestly, if I could find a cheaper Trash service I’d change in a heartbeat. They told us we are supposed to have our trash bins out on the curb by 6 AM to 7 AM, but they have never shown up earlier than 11:00 They have been as late as 7:30 PM Two weeks ago I had to call them as they had forgotten to pick up trash on my entire street. They did come after 6:00 to get it. Last week, it got dark at 5:30, I brought in our trash bin sometime around 645 pm As I had called their office and they were closed. Who would think that they would be picking up trash in the dark after 730? But I heard them coming down the street about 7:20 and rushed out with the bin and a flashlight! I yelled at them several times, they answered me! They were one house away.And then drove off I called the next morning and talked to someone who assured me that they would Forward it to a forward it to a supervisor to be investigated and call me back. They never called back. Think they investigated?? The receptionist did tell me that I should leave the bins out on the curb until 10 to 11 at night!! Seriously? I have to leave them out that late? Your customer service sucks They’re trash pick up sucks they are not dependable at all. But they are cheap…. you get what you pay for I guess
Poor Customer service! They have destroyed two of my poly carts with total indifference! I am looking for a better option since there are a total of FIVE waste hauling companies serving my neighborhood! I can also add that Nortex has added extra fees for their shoddy service! A "Landfill Fee" Well I am paying them already to dispose of my garbage. A "Fuel Fee" Seriously? And "Administrative Fee"?? Again seriously? What are the monthly charges for? And a $25.00 Fee to pay them online.. Sheesh! I found a better company that does not soak you will fees and are more competitive too!
Trash service is good, but not so much with customer service. Don't answer phones regularly, don't respond to emails or message service within their website. Also don't communicate about holidays or bad weather cancelation (not counting the xmas holidays).
Unable to retain customers information and never contacts people even though they keep sending invoices with "payment disputes" charging $25 extra and saying "our information needs to be updated" every bill it seems like. Plus bad customer service.
Long time customer, but I am frustrated to have my trash sitting out at the curb since the day after Christmas. Apparently the office is closed for the week of Christmas, and there is no service that week either. As a customer, this would have been nice to know. Biggest trash day of the year was the day after Christmas.
