Love this place it's so cute and I always end up buying a pair of earrings or something from the little shop. Evelyn is amazing and ever since she has done my nails I've had no issues and I get tons of compliments every time!

Paint Nail Bar Fort Myers is hands down the best nail salon experience I've ever had! The salon is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the entire team goes above and beyond to make you feel pampered. My manicure and pedicure were flawless, and the attention to detail was incredible. The atmosphere is relaxing, the products are high quality, and the customer service is unmatched. I can't wait for my next appointment!

I’ve been seeing Evelyn at Paint Nail Bar for several months now, and she is truly one of the best nail techs I’ve had. Not only is she incredibly sweet and attentive, but she’s also so creative! She’s blended colors on the spot just to get me the perfect look for my nails when I’m indecisive 😆 You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. What makes this even more special for me is that I actually developed an allergy to traditional gel polish a few years ago and thought I’d never be able to enjoy a proper gel manicure or pedicure again. Paint Nail Bar changed that. They use cleaner, non-toxic products and don’t use harsh drills or chemicals like many other places do. The entire environment is clean, relaxing, and focused on quality and care. Evelyn always remembers my allergy and ensures she uses the one brand I can tolerate. She checks in throughout the service to make sure I’m happy, and honestly? It’s like having a friend do your nails. She even remembers the little details from our conversations and it’s those personal touches that make all the difference. Everyone at this salon is so welcoming and kind! I truly look forward to my appointments every few weeks because the whole vibe is just good energy. If you’re looking for someone who’s talented, thoughtful, and just an all-around joy to be around, go see Evelyn. She’s amazing, and I’m so grateful to have found her!

Best nail place in fort Myers! I’ve tried all the things acrylics, dips, gels, etc. I came here about a year ago to try dazzle dry and it has changed my nail life! Natalie is the best and is my go to but I have had good experiences with all the techs. Bri the owner is just the sweetest! I love getting my nails done here 💖

Super disappointed. For my birthday present, my husband paid to have me get my nails done. I picked the sculpted gel set, as I loved the description of an extended nail without the damage of acrylics. I had a lovely nail tech and the experience was great. After two days of having the nails, my thumb nail broke. I messaged the salon and they said they would be happy to have me come in and fix the broken nail. Over the next few days, while waiting for the appt I set to fix my nails, I ended up with 5 broken nails, and within 1 week of the appt, I had no nails left, and the remaining portions on each nail easily popped off. I’d reached out, again, to change my appt to just get them replaced with gel polish, thinking it would be free since they were willing to fix the nails for free. I was mistaken and clearly didn’t understand the free option was only for getting the same nail product put back on even though it clearly wasn’t sticking to my natural nails. I got my gel nail polish done, went up to pay what I was thinking may be a small fee and gratuity, and was told the removal I didn’t end up needing (because it all came off) was free, but that since I chose a different service, I was expected to pay the full price. With-in a week and a few days (by the time I could get back in due to my work schedule), I’d tipped two nail techs 20% PLUS paid $90 for the sculpted nails with simple nail art and $47 for the gel nail polish! I ended up having a phone conversation with a manager, who was polite and listened to my complaints, but nothing was resolved. I explained that perhaps I misunderstood that the gel polish wasn’t going to be free, but that it made no sense for me to have the same sculpted gel put on when even one of the other managers said it doesn’t adhere to everyone’s nails and that mine clearly didn’t work with the product- Plus the gel polish is a cheaper service than getting the sculpted gel put back on again. The manager said she could do nothing due to the policy and I thanked her for her time. I strongly feel that anyone booking the sculpted gel nails for the first time should be made aware that the product may not adhere, and that someone who experienced what I did should not pay for the replacement manicure of equal OR LESSER value if they want to “make it right” as they said to me over messaging. Finally, I must say that the gel nails I paid $47 to have as a replacement to my original manicure was of poor quality, as the nail tech who did my original service was running by behind and I was given a very new nail tech who, though trying her best and taking her time to do it right, clearly was not ready to be doing professional manicures - jagged edges along my nail beds, bubbled areas on both thumbs, and cured gel hanging off my nails in two areas left much to be desired. Just an overall horrible experience with the customer service and after spending a total of $175 there, I most certainly will go elsewhere in the future.
