We’ve been to Piccolo Buco several times and always enjoy it. The pasta is incredible, especially the carbonara and the short rib papardalle. The tiramisu is a must for us every time, so delicious and unique with the orange crema to pour on top. We did a wine tasting with Heidi and she was awesome - so friendly and fun to talk to! She gave us good info on the wines.

Piccolo Buco is phenomenal. I just went there with my family after work, and the waitress who attended us had us seated in just 2 minutes after entering. It was packed by the way. The food was pretty good, unless compared to coopers hawk. It's a good middle ground between cheap and quality, and I'dd rather spend my time here than pay the expenses. The noodles I had were good, and so was the pizza. Our waitress whose name was Iliana was very professional and kind to our table, even complimenting my wife for her nails. Definitely recommend coming here for a good valentines dinner.

Nice location, good parking, good food, good wine, limited menu with good choices, no complaints. We were able to hear each other speaking, so the noise level was fine.

My kids love the piccolo at oakbrook but we are in Naperville and they are always busy…! Its new and we have great experiences here. Price were reasonable for the adult menu but not for the kids lol Services was great, especially considering they are new and a lot of time wait staffs are slower but not this location Food came out quick and their pizza were excellent!

𝗔 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗙𝗶𝘃𝗲-𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 My daughter and I are food lovers, and I always appreciate the opportunity to recognize great hospitality when I experience it. Our first visit started with a delay in service, but 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 handled the situation with professionalism, empathy, and true leadership. She listened, apologized sincerely, and turned the moment into a coaching opportunity for her team. When we returned, the experience was completely different. The staff was attentive from the moment we walked in, and our server, Ajani M., was excellent — quick, kind, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the meal. The food was a pleasant surprise. The spicy Calabrian shrimp dish, prepared without shrimp for our preference, was delicious, and the Fungo pizza was extraordinary alone with the good Mama Luca's Tiramisu. The passion fruit margarita was also excellent. The flavors felt light, fresh, and authentic — more like being transported to Italy than eating at a typical heavy American-Italian restaurant. The restaurant was a little cold, and I personally prefer not to sit near the kitchen or restroom area, but overall, the food, service, and management response made this a place I would recommend. Special kudos to Isabella for turning an initial concern into a beautiful customer experience, and to 𝑨𝒋𝒂𝒏𝒊 𝑴. for providing excellent service. 𝐌𝐬. 𝐏, 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫
