My family and I are thrilled with this amazing pool, spa and cold plunge they constructed. Attention to detail and top quality products are what we experienced. We had the Hurricane Ian pool removed, and replaced it with this up to date backyard entertainment. We enjoy it everyday, thanks to their weekly pool service, that has it fully automated. Have been doing business with Pool Pro for about 4 years now. They have resurface my in-ground pool, install a new salt water system, new heater and a pump on my 26 year old pool system. I am very please with their work. Very professional. They also helped me when we lifted our ground level home because of damage suffered from the 3 hurricanes. They came out and removed all my equipment and stored it in their shop while our house was being repair. That was service I never expected but Joe and his crew and the best. We also use them for our weekly service and are very happy with the water treatment they provide.
RUN as fast as you can from this company. They employ irresponsible kids to run the projects (ours was Alex) who do not stick to timelines, quality control is terrible and communication is even worse. Had a simple job or remodeling the pool (plaster and tile). We rent the house and chose to do the work while we were having our bathrooms remodeled (complete tare down and remodel). The tile work was shotty, they did not finish on time, did not test equipment correctly after ultimately leaving us to have to send refunds to renters and getting low reviews because the pool was not working properly. To add to this, I books a $650 flight to go out and check everything out. This was communicated to them and when I arrived the job was not finished. Lost over $2k on rental refunds and flights. When I brought this up to them they couldn’t care less. We had a small balance left and I refused to sign off until I could see the completed work. We had a renter in the house for 60 days. When said this to them the kid managing my project (Alex) he sent me the follow text. Hello Josh, Repairs cannot be performed without our prior authorization, as we are the original contractors responsible for the remodel. If you hire a third party to undertake the repairs, we will not be liable for any associated costs. Furthermore, if the invoice is not settled by the end of thisweek, we will be compelled to void your warranties and proceed with a lien on your property. If you chose this company, be prepared to be extremely frustrated and disappointed.
Fast response to a pool heater issue just prior to selling a home. Family operated and very active leader in the chamber of commerce and community organizations and supporting kids programs. Definitely include Pool Pros in providing a quote for a new pool, redesign or maintenance.
