debated whether to write this because I've already expressed my concerns to two employees at your company. However, when I walked outside this morning and saw the tall weeds still covering my yard, I felt compelled to reach out. I previously spoke with someone about how disappointed I was with the condition of my lawn. I understand that restoring a yard can take time, and I was willing to be patient. What I cannot accept is allowing weeds to grow this tall. That's not a matter of needing more time—it's a matter of basic maintenance. Each time your crew came out, they were typically on my property for only 30–40 minutes, and they often left without fully cleaning up the work they had done. For a small property, paying $400 per month is already a significant expense. To pay that amount and still have to deal with issues like this is simply unacceptable. This morning, I had to cut the weeds myself because we have guests staying at our Airbnb, and I couldn't leave the property looking that way. I should not have to do the work that I'm paying a landscaping company to handle. Because of this experience, I have decided that I will not be using your company again. I also don't believe it's fair to expect me to continue for this month's service given the quality of work that was provided. The policy is 1 month notice, but the quality is so poor. At this point, I don't want your crew returning to my property. ( My wife just informed me you guys will be here today, messaging her Friday at 2pm they would be on sight Saturday) plan from my understanding was Wednesday or Thursday. My wife chose your company because of the quality of work you've done at the country club, so we expected that same level of professionalism. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. Whoever is responsible for managing my property needs to do a much better job. I'm extremely disappointed that after paying for professional landscaping, I still have to go outside and clean up after the crew. That's not the level of service any customer should expect.

This past February we engaged with Precision Landscape to install a patio and a gazebo. The team of Perrie, Cameron, Josh, Augustin was the team that completed the project. I have to say these guys were professional, and did a fantastic job. They paid attention to detail and everything was perfect. My wife and I absolutely love it. This is exactly what we envisioned. I would recommend them anytime. My apologies for the late review.

We recently contracted with Precision Landscape to install a raised bed/retaining wall and new plantings at our new home. Nick Weir met us at our home and explained our options after we discussed what we wanted. The project was laid out, designed, plants chosen and work was scheduled. The weather set us back a few times but once the work began, it was completed in 3 days. The work was professional and the crew left no mess behind each day. Hats off and a special thank you to Dennis Compton, Nason Gonzalez, Abi Gonzalez, and Matthew Gonzalez. Their work was first rate and so was their final clean up; not to mention all four were friendly and nice to have around. I would very much recommend Precision Landscape. We are very happy with our finished project.

We recently worked with Precision Landscaping for multiple projects at our home, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Their team handled everything — weekly mowing and maintenance, mulch installation, shrub pruning, lawn treatments, cleanup, aeration/overseeding, and even a river rock drainage swale and new landscape planting — and every service was done the right way. Their crews are reliable, respectful, and detail-oriented. The routine lawn care is consistent and thorough, from mowing and edging to weed management and shrub care. The major cleanup and mulch installation transformed our beds, clearing underbrush, removing debris, and giving our property a clean, finished appearance We also had Precision design and install a river rock swale to solve drainage issues along our driveway, as well as create a new planted bed in a tricky tiered area near the house. They resolved the problem, removed the old satellite dish hardware, re-graded the space, added soil, and installed new plants that look incredible Communication has been great — they explain treatments, scheduling, and expectations clearly. They show up when they say they will, stand behind their work, and the quality really shows. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values responsiveness, reliability, and doing things the right way.
