We had such a great experience with Premier Orthopedic in the Orlando area. After our initial doctor referral didn’t work out because they didn’t accept auto insurance, we were scrambling to find a place that could see my daughter quickly and actually work with our situation. I found Premier Orthopedic through ChatGPT while searching for local orthopedic offices that accept auto insurance, and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we called, they were incredibly accommodating and understanding. They got us in quickly, which meant everything with her injury and the pain she was in. Huge thank you to Gabby and Natasha. You both are amazing and made this process so much easier for us. Dr. Willits was fantastic. He took the time to really connect with my daughter, explained everything in a way she could understand, and made her feel comfortable and heard. As a mom, that meant everything. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely compassionate. From the wonderfully kind ladies at the front to the patient and attentive doctors and nurses in the back, everyone graciously played a part in the healing process for my significant other and me. I had a lot of anxiety coming in, as this was my first car accident that caused physical injury, but the entire team quickly put me at ease and thoroughly addressed all my concerns. While I hope to never go through another accident, I truly wish the staff nothing but the best. I will definitely be recommending you all in the future. Thank you so much.

Very professional team, helped with the entire process from start to finish. Special thanks to the front staff Stephanie, Gabriela and Natasha, they processed our paper work in a prompt manner. Danny and Vanessa did a wonderful job calming our nerves and getting us ready for the procedures. The doctors were great and on top of their game. We could not have been in better hands. Excellent care and service from the medical staff and doctors at Premier Orthopedic of Orlando. On my first visit, medical team member Danny spoke and asked me about my injuries before I saw the doctor. Danny gave me a very thorough understanding of what had happened to me with the injuries I suffered. He did an incredible job, explained things thoroughly and concisely and I was really blessed by his patient care. On my next visit, I received the same level of care and professionalism from him as before. My physician, Dr. Miguel Lis-Planells, met with me and gave the plan for the next best steps for my healing and care to heal my body from my injuries. Each visit with him was encouraging, informative, and I felt heard, seen, and cared for and cared about. His patient care was impactful and a blessing. The front desk team members are encouraging, welcoming, and warm. Truly I was blessed by everyone I interacted with at the Colonial Drive location in Orlando. Thank you all so much.
