I have used Pristine from time to time in the past for better clothing items and linen tablecloths and napkins, always perfectly done. My regular cleaning delivery service has been very slow in turn around on my household sheets so I tried Pristine this week. Took them in (along with several press only items) much dry cleaning on Monday afternoon and picked everything up on Thursday morning. Everything looked perfect and there was a lot of white linen. Now that I know pick up and delivery service is available I expect to change once their plant employees are back from a brief vacation.

I was going to a wedding and needed my dress altered. I stopped by on a Monday afternoon and was told it usually took a week but I needed it on Wednesday. Yuri, the tailor took mercy on me and said he could have it done by then. I received a text Tuesday that my dress was ready. I couldn't believe it! Beautifully tailored and the staff made my first time going there super easy. They are a little out of my way but definitely worth it. I will go back for sure!

Really satisfied with the service here. I brought in a few items that needed special care, and they handled everything perfectly. The clothes came back spotless, fresh, and well pressed without any damage. I also liked how organized and punctual they were with delivery. The staff was courteous and made the whole process smooth and easy. Prices are reasonable considering the quality you get. It’s a reliable place when you need your clothes cleaned properly without any stress. I’ll definitely keep using their service in the future.

In 5-18-26 dropped off Kooringal Panama hat for cleaning. Receipt indicated ready on 6-11-26. Called on 6-12-26, told not ready, talk to manager and they will call back. No call. Same in 6-13-26 and no call back. Stopped by and told not ready, owner/manager on vacation for 3 weeks and hadn’t started. Cost maybe $15-$20. They called on 6-27-26, hat ready. Stopped in to pick up. Cost $22. Looked at hat (see photos under black wrap), not totally cleaned. Still charged for cleaning which not done. Terrible service, I’d rate them a negative 10.

Pristine dry cleaning did some repairs and cleaning for me. They did an amazing job even though it was a difficult repair of a ripped t-shirt they made the repair look almost invisible. The cleaning was also top notch. And the staff is super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!
