Andrey and his team were on time, very professional and did an amazing job. This is the second time he has completed work in my home, and the floor installation is perfect at a great price. They were quick, and cleaned up as if they were never there. I highly recommend them for your flooring needs.

Wow! If you want a beautiful new flooring, Pro Floors is the company to call. They were easy to deal with and VERY professional throughout the process. They installed wood flooring and floor tiles (laundry room and powder room). They cleaned after installation and returned to ensure the flooring was installed properly. I would definitely hire them again as well as recommend them to my friends and neighbors. I love my flooring! It’s absolutely gorgeous!

I couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience with ProFloors LLC! I was looking for a reputable contractor to correct the grading in my shower installed incorrectly by the last contractor. Luckily, I found this company through the Thumbtack app. From start to finish, their professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship were top-notch. Deniz (Denise) was fantastic—her communication was the best I’ve experienced. We started chatting via the app, and she promptly followed up with a call to confirm my request. She was friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Luck was on my side because they had an opening that very weekend, and they scheduled me for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Then came Andrey—the absolute star of the show! His attention to detail, skill, and dedication to the job were beyond impressive. He worked diligently to ensure everything was done perfectly. The results exceeded my expectations, and even more exciting, Andrey was done in only two days. All the while Deniz was calling me throughout the project to check the progress and that I was satisfied. I was ecstatic! Pro Floors was hired for one project, the execution was professional, clean and completed earlier than scheduled. He ended up helping out with other projects to straighten up other poorly executed projects. Only sad thing is, we wish we’d met his team sooner. We would have saved plenty of time, headaches and money.. Audrey’s work ethic is over and beyond. Renovations are a tough and rocky process, the right professionals always make it easy. That is why we plan on hiring Pro Floors again for another project with peace of mind. Thank you, Audrey and Deniz.
