The place is decent, it’s pretty straight to the point though. Sit, file, paint and leave. Although I called to make an appointment for a pedicure, it would’ve been nice if they told me the other services they provided. I didn’t realize how straight to the point my treatment would be, I was hoping for a more relaxing spa like experience. There isn’t water basin for your feet, massages, moisturizing, or lounge chairs provided. And I do feel like my nail design came out a bit tacky but overall the places all right if you’re just looking to get your nails done quickly.
This was such a bad pedicure. My toe nails look horrible with the paint job, they didn’t buffer or scrub away any dead skin or use a cuticle cutter at all. It looks like she didn’t even file my nails correctly the way the paint is chipped all at the top. Very disappointed and won’t be back. I have ugly feet but this pedicure doesn’t help.
I loved taking my daughter to ProFiles for an early Christmas gift! 🎄 We felt completely at home while we enjoyed our manicures/pedicures! I most appreciated the hot stone soak and relaxing hand & foot massages. Thanks to Randi, Nana & Jesse for your kindnesses, excellent services & wonderful art! 🌟🌟🌟
My husband and I were in town for work and I needed an arch and pedicure. My husband also wanted a pedicure. Elisa was amazing at Pro Files Downtown. My arch looks fantastic. The pedicure was honestly one of the best. She spent a great deal of time with my feet. I especially loved the paraffin treatment. Elisa has a warm and welcoming personality and is fantastic - highly skilled. If I am here again I'll make an appointment right away with her. Highly recommend.
Called because i broke my nail before vacation. The owner fit me in, even though they closed in 20 minutes. And then didn't even charge me. She was a lifesaver. Match my color dead on even though she didn't do my full set. All while this being 8 o/clock at night. It was much appreciated. I will Be going back when i need A fill. Very welcoming environment.
