Like many other people, Irma forced us in to a new roof. We used the roofing company that our Insurance company recommended, and the results were a nightmare to say the least. Less than a year later, we had 9 active leaks in our house. The insurance company was in total agreement that the roof had been improperly installed. My search to have this house done properly was intensive. There was no way we wanted to go through this experience again. We settled on Sun Coast Roofing, Inc and we could not have made a better choice. They did everything they said they would do and when they said they would do it. They were extremely conscientious of protecting our property, and never left at the end of the day without everything being cleaned up. They addressed any concerns we had from the prior company, and also caught some things that needed to be done that were not. The owners are hands on and have an experienced and well trained crew.
