Additional review: After our excellent deep clean last month, today was the first of our monthly cleaning and WOW, again, what a great job! Melissa is a dynamo. Both women in the team are great--no chitchatting, just hard work to do the best job. Again, this company is professional and top notch! We just had The Cleaning Authority do a "deep clean" of our entire home (2500 sq ft) and Team 8 did an exceptional job! We have a cat a dog and both shed a LOT. But after the team was finished, the house looked "clean as a whistle"! The sofa and chairs looked brand-new. I didn't even want to walk on the floors because they were all so clean. The didn't miss any nook or cranny--well done from top to bottom. Highly recommend!

The team that came to clean my house has come twice so far. They arrive between the time window promised. They are polite. Overall I am satisfied. There are just a few things to mention. They advertise that they clean baseboards, window sills, and ranges. They did not clean the baseboards the first visit, window sills or the range. I mentioned it to the office and to the team on their second visit. They still did not do the baseboards (or perhaps they did some and missed some). I had to remind them a second time about windowsills and they went back and did them. Also the range was not cleaned well. I understand that it’s above the stove and the young lady said they are not allowed to use a step stool. So she only cleaned as far as she could reach which was maybe a quarter of the way up. So the range looked dirty with a line of a cleaned area. I actually climbed on a step stool after and cleaned it fully. It’s fine if they cannot climb, I understand, but they perhaps should not advertise it as if they can thoroughly clean the range. They cleaned my tile shower very well, dusting, and cleaning the floor were also fine. The stainless steel was nice and shiny when they were done. There are also a few issues with scheduling. I was told the owner is the one that does the schedule but it’s been difficult to connect with him. I call, text and email and I’m told he’ll get back to me to discuss scheduling and I rarely hear back. I do get scheduled but just receive an email saying what the schedule is Vs having an opportunity to discuss my availability. They were able to come out rather quickly though. I appreciate the work they do as it does take a load off and frees me up to attend to many other responsibilities. Overall it’s been fine. I’m hoping that as I continue the service on a schedule things will continue to improve.

I would not recommend this company, I rely heavily on reviews and am honestly surprised by so many great reviews they have. I spoke with Angel who was very nice, we talked about what I wanted and she assured me everything I mentioned would be cleaned including windows. When I came to the home to inspect the work, the floors were sticky all over, the windows were untouched, grease remained all over the stoves and cabinets, the previous owners hair can still be seen in cabinets and drawers, dust seen around all appliances and shelves, residue inside and outside of the fridge and stove. I called to speak about my dissatisfaction, I sent 30 pictures describing and showing my dissatisfaction. I spoke with Angel and Kim. It was explained, as far as the windows, it was a mistake to be assured the windows would be cleaned because they apparently do not clean windows as I was initially told and there was an apology for this. Everything else they agreed should have been cleaned. They offered to come back out but I said no thank you. I requested 50% off my purchase which is more than reasonable due to the work done. This was brought to the owner who refused. I asked multiple times to be called by the owner over the last 14 days and this was refused. I was offered $40 off which I feel is disrespectful due to the filth left in my completely empty home. I have given respect and patience to the owner and his business but not treated this way in return as I’m having to call back multiple times to try to resolve my dissatisfaction when this company promises 100% satisfaction. I moved to the area from out-of-state and requested a full house cleaning. My friend waited for two hours and the cleaners never showed. According to Michael, there was a glitch in their computer system. I gave them another chance as I was running short on time to get the house cleaned before the movers arrived. I discussed with Michael, again, in great detail what I wanted the cleaners to accomplish. Very disappointed in the services received and the money of $644.00 I was charged for two hours of cleaning service. I did not receive an invoice nor was I notified the cost upon completion. I called Michael to discuss and never received a return call. I do not recommend this cleaning service.

The team was great. I was able to get my house cleaned in very short notice. The owner and staff were very friendly and professional. The pricing is much better than other services I received quotes for. Michelle and her team were amazing!
