Absolutely fabulous.. Laci was our waitress.. she was super busy with our tables but always kept us informed and not waiting. So friendly, professional and personable. The food was cooked to perfection as ordered. They even gave us an extra bone marrow due to our order was a little light. Definitely will be back and definitely a recommend 👍
I ordered the Firestone Burger it had caramelized onions and cheese. It was pretty damn good. A buddy of mine ordered the same thing and thought it was one of the best burgers he ever had. I was impressed hearing him say that. Our server(Andrew Zimmerman look a like bald/ glasses, I can't remember the name maybe it was Tom) regretfully could have been more attentive, he was too infatuated with a table of one behind us that was some random single woman. They were very involved in conversation. I believe a woman named Stacey had to come over and check on us two times. Both martinis I ordered were very tasty. I was curious if you eat there are you able to just go upstairs or do you need reservations for that I wish that was more clairvoyant.
Went there with my wife and daughter to have appetizers and dinner. We all ordered tenderloin fillets. Steaks were not seasoned properly or seared. They were what we call gray steaks. Cooked at to low a temperature. ( I was an executive chef for 18 years in Wisconsin and owned 5 different steak house restaurants) the first dinner I was served was extremely overcooked and not even the size steak I ordered. The sides were not fresh made and the asparagus was overcooked. The sides appeared to have been made a few days earlier and were gross. Jut reheated. It appeared to me that the cuts we were served were what I would call the tailing of the tenderloin. I also cut all the steaks in my restaurants and know what I’m talking about. After we complained we were served a couple of comp. Desserts. Did not make up for the poor quality of the food. I spent over $250 there. I sent a complaint the same night on my way home. That was Monday. Today is Thursday and I have not heard a word from anyone. I now know why the place was almost empty when we were there. If I don’t hear from somebody soon I’m going to post this all over the internet. I have had better food ina truck stop.
The key lime pie martini is to die for. View was great. Music was good. Only thing that was frustrating was that I needed to use the bathroom, and was told there was one on the rooftop as well as downstairs. Used the one downstairs to avoid waiting in a bathroom line and then was denied coming back up, even though I had just bought a round of drinks for everyone and they were still up there. By the time I waited to get back up, my drink was warm. Was very frustrating to say the least. Overall a good time, but don’t go to any other bathroom than the rooftop one.
We went up to the rooftop for drinks and both the service and cocktails were great. We were planning to stay for dinner, but there weren’t any seats available up there. We took the elevator downstairs where there were plenty of open tables inside, but we were told we couldn’t be seated indoors and were only offered outdoor seating. Not sure why, but it was a little disappointing.
