You can hardly get around the store so much merchandise down the walk ways. Everybody is in everybody’s way, then you have all the sales people trying to sell you something while you navigate through the traffic. Very frustrating, I fell HD can do better.

Worst experience. Ordered a door with frame last July, never got it. They never could get the measurements right, installer was supposed to come out 4-5 different times, each time something was wrong with the door. Finally just had to cancel and get a refund. Supposed to be a simple door replacement, think twice before ordering a door from this store.

If you want an installment done in your home then DONT come here, you will be waiting two weeks for the item. My husband ordered a new sink and requested it to be installed. The lady (Cathy) has not been very productive communicating with the third party that they have hired to install it. We have had to call three times already with no actual help from Home Depot. Now we are waiting two weeks dealing with a sink leak and trying to prevent anymore damage to our kitchen. I would give zero stars if possible.

Had a great experience working with Patrick! I went in for a sprinkler head replacement and he was diligent in ensuring I got the right one. I am a first time homeowner and the knowledge Patrick shared helped tremendously. I replaced my sprinkler easily thanks to the guidance shared.

I’ve had very disappointing experiences at the Roanoke Home Depot, especially when compared to the Southlake location just 10 minutes away. I recently went in with reference photos to ask for help finding molding. One employee repeatedly said, “I don’t know what it is,” without even trying to look or redirect me. When I politely asked another employee if he could help me once he was done, he responded that he was helping someone else, then someone after that, and that he probably couldn’t help me today and I should find someone else. The tone was dismissive and unprofessional. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated just basic guidance on where to find molding. Instead, I felt brushed off and unwelcome. In contrast, the Southlake Home Depot is consistently excellent. The staff there are polite, patient, and genuinely helpful, even for small questions. They make customers feel respected and supported. Because of the repeated poor service at the Roanoke location, I will gladly drive the extra 10 minutes to Southlake. Customer service makes all the difference, and unfortunately, Roanoke falls very short.
