Chuck has been great throughout the inspection and estimate process. He has been out to our house twice. The first visit involved a thorough inspection using a drone, along with a detailed look at both the interior and exterior of the home. We originally called them because of a leak, but Chuck took the time to inspect the entire roof, not just the area related to the immediate problem. He spent a lot of time explaining what he was seeing, pointing out areas of concern, and helping me understand what was causing the issues. A week later, he came back and sat down with my wife and me to review everything in detail. As he put it, “I’m here to tell you what you need to do to stop the water now, but also what could cause problems in the future.” That approach really resonated with me. There was never any pressure to move forward with additional work. Instead, he clearly explained what needed attention, what could be monitored, and what options were available if we wanted to address things right away. What stood out most was how much time he invested in understanding our roof and walking us through the photos and findings. It was obvious that he knew the roof well and wanted us to make informed decisions. It also helped that the previous owner of our home had worked with this company before, so they already had some history with the property. We’ll be doing some work with the company later this summer, and I’ll update this review after the project is complete. Based on the inspection and estimate process alone, though, I’ve been very impressed with both Chuck and the company.

I was extremely pleased with The Roofing Company. I had major damage to my slate roof in Portsmouth, their team did a great job of locating the problem areas and fixing all my issues. The foreman James is very knowledgeable and gave me daily updates throughout the job. The office staff is also top-notch, special shout-out to Sabrina & Debbie who were always very helpful whenever I called. Great company, I would highly recommend them.

Great so far and very professional. Chuck Simpson does his job well? We are very pleased so far, Daryl priest in Alexandria kempsville, So I would like to update my review. Chuck Simpson did an excellent job of estimating our damage and setting up the repair, then we were expecting the work to be done in late January but they called us early and Jay and MO came out early December 18th, and from what I can tell they did a very professional job. They were very professional all the way through and friendly at this point I would highly recommend them for any repairs. Thank you to the roofing company and all of their employees. Daryl priest

James and Chris were very professional and knowledgeable about the craft. Their approachable personalities helped reassure that the install would be completed correctly and if I had questions they could answer. 5 star service for sure.

Very friendly, easy to work with company. Chuck came out to assess what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable. By the time we were done, I almost wanted to ask him to stay for dinner. Very down to earth, and had great insights from all his experience. Then Jay and John came out to do the work in a timely manner. They did a great job and cleaned up the property afterwards. You know they love their job when they whistle while they work. Hope all the guys can add this to their tally, since I did it on one review to win the contest. 😊
