I've been looking for a good nail salon in SWFL for a long time. Thanks to ChatGPT, I finally found it! Every single staff member is truly amazing. They even let me eat my lunch and drink while the pedicure was being done. They also serve alcohol in their salon. :))
I would highly recommend Tipsy Nail Bar. Kelsey is amazing. She does my nails, waxing and pedicure. She's the absolute best!
Tipsy has been such a wonderful experience ffor over 6 months! The first time I Booked an appointment with a highly recommended nail technician I felt the genuine professionalism within the entire salon. The accommodation with the Appointment process was exemplary. Truly wanting to accomodate MY schedule. From entering the front door the greeting sets a positive vibe .The relaxed quiet atmosphere is greatly appreciated as I am pampered. Thank you to all of the staff for your smiles, courtesy, and utmost professionalism . I feel very blessed to have found Holly I look forward to my visits! 5✨
I feel so disappointed. It’s Mother’s Day and my husband made me, himself, and our two girls appointments for pedicures today so we could all enjoy a spa treatment together. Our kids are 4 and 5, which my husband conveyed when he was making the appointment reservation. We waited 40 minutes to begin the service. Didn’t love that, but wasn’t going to be a deal breaker for us. Except… The woman behind the bar who greeted us was cold and rude from the moment we walked in. I heard other customers chatting about her as well. It’s clear she doesn’t want to be there and yet she’s the first face you see as a patron of this business. When we were finally seated, they didn’t have four seats together. They had three seats open and one across the room. I ended up being separated from my husband, which meant my Mother’s Day pedicure turned into me trying to entertain two small children alone while my husband was on the other side of the room. They saw our hesitation and did not offer alternatives for seating. In terms of the service itself, it was extremely inconsistent. My 5-year-old’s was rushed and the man who painted her nails was done in 5-10 minutes while my 4-year-old had hers done for 30-40 minutes. You could tell her nail tech actually cared. Then they rushed my kids, whose nails were still wet, out of the chairs and into another room where we could not see them. My husband and I were flabbergasted. I understand it’s Mother’s Day, but to send little kids away to another room after we made these appointments in advance? At 4 and 5 years old? You just lost our business forever. I’ll note, the owner said he discounted the kids’ services by 20% “because of our wait.” But we did the math and they were $35 each. That’s a discounted rate…? We’re still confused about the breakdown of our service costs. The heartbreaking thing is getting our nails done isn’t something we can afford to do very often. We spent $250, and this was a truly horrible experience. I walked out wanting to cry. It felt like a waste of money. If you’re thinking of bringing your kids here for a fun, shared parent-child experience, take your business somewhere else please.
I’ve lived in Fort Myers for over 20 years and I can say I've been to many nail salons in SWFL. Today has been the worst experience ever at a nail salon for a pedi. The minute it started I knew it wasn’t going to go well. The lady was in such a rush! She kept dropping everything throwing all the tools around and moving my feet with such force. Absolutely every part of it felt so extremely rushed. I was on edge the entire time! It was far from relaxing. As I watched the other nail techs that were close by I noticed they all seemed like they were giving normal pedicures. Nothing like the tech I was stuck with. So fyi if you go to this salon do not get a pedicure with Kim if you’re looking to relax for an even a second, you will regret it!
