Carlos DeAndres is my Truly Nolan Hero! I rang TN mid morning today after locking eyes with what I thought was a mouse on the top of my kitchen cabinets. The gentlemen at the call center was very helpful and really went the extra mile after I explained to him that this critter was watching my every move in my kitchen. After several brief holds he was able to secure a 1:00 appointment for today. Thank goodness Carlos was able to squeeze us in. I have two French bulldogs, Cute E. & Sunshine Joy who absolutely go nuts over Carlos! They love him so much. It makes their day whenever he services our house. Today was no exception but we had serious business to attend to…. With the Frenchie Sisters secured, Carlos was able to get on a tall ladder and scare “Jose” the palm rat as he named him, (lol) through a hole that I never knew existed and captured Jose alive with a kitchen garbage bag! Of course Carlos and Jose (or was it Juan?) had a private “meeting” outside where Jose was un-alived out of sight and out of mind for our house hold. All the while with the most kind and positive attitude, which defused my panic over the whole ordeal. I love it when individuals strive for excellence no matter what the job at hand is and Carlos is one of those people. Thank you so much Truly Nolan and Carlos for coming to our aid in two shakes of a lamb’s tail. This is a perfect example of how your company performs leaps and bounds over all the others. 5 stars all the way!

We have used Truly Nolen for years for termite inspections and pest control. Last year we decided to try them for their lawn fertilization and pest service. The technician, Danny, came out for the initial evaluation and was extremely thorough in explaining everything they would do. He said he would be the one who would come each month to do the work. I’ve heard that from other companies and then after two months never saw the same technician again. This experience has been completely different - Danny has cared for our lawn every month for a year now and our yard has never looked better! Danny always lets us know when he’s on his way and is happy to address any issues we may be having. Very pleased!

We recently had our technician from Truly nolen come out to service the property. Ricardo parra our expert pest control technician is always polite and thorough when he performs the service. Since we signed up with Truly he always calls and text us the day prior to our schedule visits. After every appointment he explains the treatment to us and he even emails us a report of what he did while at our property!!! We highly recommend Ricardo
