Marlee Miller has been doing my hair for 2 years now and absolutely love her! She’s amazing with my really long, super flat, pin-straight hair. Somehow she always manages to add the perfect amount of dimension by cutting cute, flattering layers. My hair feels so much more lively and textured after her cuts and styles. She’s also fantastic with my color. I trust her enough to say, “Just do what you think will look good on me,” and she absolutely nails it every single time. Vella Salon itself is also the best salon I’ve been to - very nice and relaxing. Unlike many other salons that can be overwhelming with strong smells, this place is calm and comfortable, making the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Best Salon in the Upstate. All the ladies here are so kind! I get my hair done by the owner Annakate Mantooth and she has done my hair for years. She is always so patient with me even when I don't really know what. I feel like the prettiest woman after leaving being with her. She not only cares what your hair looks like but wants to make sure you do feel like the prettiest woman in the room and that is what sets this salon apart. Women supporting and uplifting other women!
Sadie was able to get me in on a short notice after my original stylist at another salon cancelled 30 mins before my appointment. She was literally the BEST and way better and more talented than my old salon was. She got a long time customer out of me and my hair looks amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling prettier than you did when you arrived. I have since recommended her to everyone and I hope you feel inclined to go see her as well!
Sadie is by far one of the best hair stylists I’ve ever been to. She is so sweet, personable and talented. I couldn’t find a reference photo for what I wanted and she was just able to read my mind. I can’t rave about her enough, I’ll never see another stylist again!!!
Saddie did a fantastic. I'm very particular with my haircut and she did a wonderful job. I will be making another appointment with her to have her color my hair! Atmosphere was great! Everybody was very helpful and nice!
