So we were looking for a place to cut my boys hair and support locals. Not sure who answered the phone earlier this afternoon, but was extremely rude. I was trying to see if they were busy and I could bring them in and was very rudely told "if you want to bring them in- just bring them in. We're busy right now." Hearing his annoyance, I said "okay, nevermind" and we went elsewhere. Place might be good, but unfortunately with customer service like that, I will not recommend. Probably just a bad employee, but remember you are representing a business.

Woody, Sergio et al were great. I personally got a great haircut and experienced a random act of kindness from a patron that left me “flabbergasted”. Truly the most unique experience I’ve had in a barbershop. Would recommend this place to everyone. Gratefully Vince

It's about time a little diversification came to Naples! This is a great old school neighborhood barbershop where people come to visit and solve real world problems. The haircut was awesome too. Naples needs much more of this... I love this place .

All I can say nice of this place is that the people were kind. Everything else, including the haircut part were terrible. Here is a list of the things that went horribly wrong: 1. Did not spray my hair with water to get out the gel before cutting it, they just cut it. 2. Started shaving my beard even though I did not want that or request it. 3. Slopped Gel on my head, literally maybe 5 oz of this cheap stuff. 4. ONLY ACCEPTED CASH. 5. Did not look like they cleaned tools. I do not like giving bad reviews because they were kind and welcoming, but you cannot offer service professionally at this level.
