Driver does not go out of way to give good service! Picked up CARBOARD dumpster. It was over flowing. That’s why we paid to have a special pickup. Boxes fell out on ground. Driver returned with an empty dumpster? Got out moved cardboard out of way to place dumpster, backed in and released container on ground. Driver left all cardboard in the back of container and left. Lazy driver!! Bad customer service!!! Don’t hire this company!!!!!

Frustrating process to get a roll-off quote, then things went down-hill. Promised a next day turn to swap dumpsters, but it takes up to three days. I had so much debris I had to call in another company to hull it out. The other company hauled out over 200 cubic yards while my 30 yard dumpster sat full and not exchanged for $100 less a load. I was told a rate for horticulture debris, but get charged for construction debris. I personally loaded the dumpsters with ONLY horticulture materials from land clearing. I called to get this cleared up but the "Sales" guy who bid it wasn't available. hours later no call back. They DID drop the dumpster without an issue earing an extra star. $100's of extra dollars spent with poor service removes the other three stars. This is really an easy business, why is this so frustrating?

Well organized and responsive company that provides a great service that meets all of our needs, a lot of that has to do with Adam Betz who provides a great working relationship to his customers. Adam plays a major role with waste connections and is an asset to his company.
